Lie or sit down in a safe, quiet place (you can also use the bathtub or shower) and prepare to release all that holds you
back from peace. Wrap yourself in Divine Light and Protection, and call in your Angel Guides, especially your Healing Guides to help with this gentle and beautiful
cleansing. Set the intention in your prayer that you will be cleansed completely, your soul refreshed and renewed, your spirit light and free and ready to sing a new
Song of Life once more!
- Begin by imagining a beam of clear, white Light pouring down upon you from the Highest Realms of Light.
(Spirit may sometimes show you a clear blue, pink, golden, lavender, green and other beautiful colors to use…follow your intuition.) The Light will start moving at
the top of your head (encompassing your entire auric field) in a counter-clockwise motion, spinning little by little down the body, like the action of a washing machine
flushing out the soiled water of the clothes being washed. Visualize it moving slowly, but surely down the body, cleaning out all sorrow, fear, anger, loneliness,
darkness of any kind, depression, addictive behaviors…all the human trials and tribulations that you may be dealing with. Follow the movement in your imagination,
seeing the Light moving/spinning down the both the front and back of your body until the Light flushes all of the negative energies out through the bottoms of your
feet and into Mother Earth to be healed and transformed. You may also wish to offer those energies upward to Spirit for transformation, as well.
- Now that you've cleaned out all negative energies, begin again by visualizing that beam of clear, white Heavenly Light at the top of your head
(Crown Chakra). This time, visualize the Light (perhaps being guided by Spirit to use another beautiful color or a combination of colors for healing) moving in a
clockwise motion as you allow Spirit to heal, comfort, uplift and renew you, filling you with courage, strength, clarity…and all that you need to continue on your
Earthly Journey. If it pleases you, you can imagine the “water” in this cycle of the “washing machine” to be crystallized Light that will bring all that you need
to be renewed in body, mind, heart and spirit. See the Light moving as it did before, slowly but surely spinning clockwise down the body until your entire being
has been filled with Spirit's loving and healing Light. Stay in that Light now as long as you need to, resting in the loving arms of God and your Healing Angels.
You are a shimmering, shining, radiant eternal being, and you are ready to begin again. God bless you, and all you are and are becoming. May you walk in the Light,
Grace, Peace and Beauty of Spirit!
